Owners of Northern Pulp mill ‘deeply disappointed’ by government’s decision

The premier of Nova Scotia says the Northern Pulp mill near Pictou, N.S., must stop pumping wastewater into lagoons near an Indigenous community by Jan. 31, 2020. Brian Baarda, CEO of Paper Excellence, said he was “deeply disappointed” in the decision.
