Footage from the massive fire in Kingston’s Williamsville district

Six years ago, on Dec. 17, 2013, an apartment building under construction in the city’s midtown went up in flames. The building at Princess and Victoria streets was also the scene of a dramatic rescue of trapped crane operator.
