When it comes to running pot shops in this province, the rules are getting a little more relaxed.
The province is scrapping the lottery system and loosening its grip on some of the prerequisites needed to own and operate a store.
While this will likely mean Peterborough will finally get a store, not everyone is jumping up to get a licence.
