Mayor Tory continues to push for Toronto tax hike approval

Toronto city hall moved a step closer to increasing property taxes today. Mayor John Tory is calling the increase on a special levy on property tax necessary. While it’s being applauded by many for taking the city’s financial reality seriously, not everyone is please. Matthew Bingley reports.
