Freeland says some modifications to CUSMA were needed for ratification in U.S.

Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland said Tuesday that it was known for some time that modifications would be needed to CUSMA in order for Democrats, who hold a majority, to ratify the trade deal, specifically around labour and the environment.
