Marie Fredriksson, the much-beloved Swedish singer/songwriter, died on Monday. She was 61. Fredriksson was best known as the lead vocalist, keyboardist and co-founder of pop-rock duo Roxette, which hit it big in the 1980s. Frederiksson had been battling cancer at the time of her death.
