Trump, Macron clash on NATO spending, Kurds during bilateral meeting

U.S. President Donald Trump and French President Emmanuel Macron held an expanded bilateral meeting on Tuesday at the NATO summit. The meeting comes just hours after Trump said Macron’s comments last month about NATO being “brain dead” were “very nasty.”
