The aircraft that fatally crashed in Kingston, Ont., on Wednesday evening had six seats on board with seven passengers, all who died in the crash, said Ken Webster, an investigator with the Transportation Safety Board on Nov. 28. The investigation is ongoing, and it is not determined where passengers were situated on the plane or if passengers were wearing seat belts.
