One of the most powerful earthquakes in the last three decades struck the Albianian capital of Tirana early Tuesday morning. The 6.4 magnitude earthquake collapsed several buildings, and rescuers are continuing to free individuals trapped in the debris. 13 have been confirmed dead, with hundreds more injured.
