Meagan Hennekam is Executive Director of YES Shelter for Youth and Families in Peterborough. Today their fundraising SOUPSTOCK and tour event will raise funds for United Way, but also awareness for the homeless youth and families crisis in Peterborough. YES is full, again.
The tour is a critical connection for the shelter and the community that supports it, or could support it. We’ll also find out why the 15-year -old YES’ Rise Youth Housing Program is about to triple its capacity.
