Montreal’s new Turcot Interchange marred by taggers

Work on the Turcot Interchange isn’t finished yet but graffiti artists have already left their mark. The wall along Saint-Jacques Street near the McGill University Health Centre is covered with tags. As Global’s Amanda Jelowicki explains, the graffiti is more than just an eyesore.
