Nineteen-year-old Marcella Zoia has pleaded guilty to mischief causing danger to life for tossing a chair off of a Toronto high-rise balcony. Crown prosecutors say that they will seek a six month prison sentence, but her lawyer, Greg Leslie has said that he will seek a suspended sentence.
