T-bone crash in Peterborough sends one to hospital

One man has been taken to hospital by paramedics following a two-vehicle collision on Lansdowne Street East and Ashburnham Drive in Peterborough on Wednesday morning.

Emergency crews were called to the scene around 6 a.m.

One vehicle ended up spinning around and ended up on the grass in front of a plaza.

The driver of the other vehicle, which could be seen a distance away on Ashburnham Drive, was shaken up but did not go to hospital.

It is unclear if any charges will be laid.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation by Peterborough police.
