Kingston police chief speaks to loss of mounted unit

Antje McNeely, Kingston’s chief of police, spoke to Global Kingston’s Bill Hutchins on Tuesday, saying it was a tough call, but she feels the board made the right decision cutting the city’s last police horse in order to hire 10 new officers in 2020.
