Division chief and public information officer with Cal Fire Incident Management Team 6 Jonathan Cox said on Oct. 27 provided an update on the Kincade Fire in California, as it continues to rage, just a couple of days after Governor Gavin Newsom declared a state of emergency in affected counties. Cox said there has been an increase in fire activity.
