In a report leaked to La Presse auditors from Quebec’s treasury board reveal a serious mismanagement of funds at the EMSB. The government says it has not yet decided whether or not to put the English Montreal School Board under trusteeship. As Global’s Anne Leclair reports, the EMSB chairperson says she’s not surprised by the findings.
