During a visit to Burnaby, B.C. on Oct. 12, Conservative Party Leader Andrew Scheer said his party would lower taxes but not make cuts to health care, social services and education. Scheer said the Conservatives would eliminate “wasteful spending” so those types of services would not be cut.
