In 2017, Alberta Health Services’ South Zone suffered a whooping cough outbreak, with almost 500 confirmed cases. Now, with more than 11 cases confirmed over the past week alone, AHS is reminding the public of the importance of immunizations, in hopes of preventing another outbreak. Demi Knight reports.
