The mother of a 19-year-old woman with special needs is calling for action after her 19-year-old daughter was allegedly attacked by another student on a school bus. The incident, which left the teen bloodied and bruised, happened earlier this week. As Global’s Dan Spector explains, the young woman’s mother wants monitors placed on every bus.
