The clock is ticking for those camped out at Emmanuel United Church in Peterborough. Monday is their last “official” night on the property.
And while the church Reverend Donaldson Uhryniw is disappointed that the homeless have to leave, he’s even more disappointed in the way the city has handled the situation.
