Federal Election 2019: Singh says $100M ‘specifically targeted’ to youth programs to curb gang violence

NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh said Sunday in Surrey, B.C. the announcement earlier in the day of $100 million to help curb gang violence is “specifically targeted” to youth programs, and said the difference between a similar platform promise from the Liberals is “we’d actually do it.”
