Federal Election 2019: Jean Chrétien offers advice to Justin Trudeau

Speaking with reporters in Kelowna, B.C. on Friday, former Prime Minister Jean Chrétien offered his advice to current Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau, saying that in his four electoral victories in Canadian federal elections, he learned that Canadians only make up their minds “in the last two weeks.”
