During a rally in Thunder Bay, Ont. on Wednesday, Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau said if re-elected he would work to ensure Indigenous communities have access to high quality health care through a distinction-based health legislation, and said they co-develop and invest in community infrastructure plans for First Nations, Inuit and Metis communities over the next 10 years.
