Time is running out for campers at Emmanuel United Church in Peterborough. A number of homeless people have been camped out on its lawn since the so-called "tent city" at Victoria Park closed at the end of August. They have been told they must leave by Oct. 1. Some have made arrangements on where to go, while others are still trying to figure out their next steps. Katrina Squazzin has the story.
