Federal Election 2019: Scheer says ‘military covenant’ is about changing culture on how veterans are treated

Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer said Sunday in Canoe Cove, P.E.I. that the proposed “military covenant” was about “changing culture” in the government to ensure veterans are treated with respect and said he’s promising he will make it easier for veterans to access the services they need.
