Federal Election 2019: Singh talks about how he would tackle systemic racism

NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh said Friday in order to tackle systemic racism, various moves must be made including investments in public transit and health which will help marginalized communities, while also adding that the justice system needs to be reformed.
