Hurricane Dorian: BC rescue crews join grim search for dead

Burnaby firefighter Lieutenant Scott Ruddy and his rescue dog are on Greater Abaco Island in the Bahamas, searching through the wreckage left behind by Hurricane Dorian. With no electricity, water or internet in the area, Ruddy described near impossible conditions.
