Sand Mandala created at Buddhist Centre of Regina

This Sand Mandala has been a work-in-progress since Aug. 28 at the Buddhist Centre of Regina. Once it’s complete, it will be destroyed and the sand is given to those in attendance. Its message is that nothing is permanent.
