One person was found dead and nine others wounded on Aug. 31 in the city of Villeurbanne, near Lyon in central France, after a suspected knife attack. A suspect carrying a knife was arrested, but authorities remained on the hunt for a second attacker. Lyon Mayor Gérard Collomb spoke to the press about the attack.
