Large parts of the UK were hit by a power cut on Friday, knocking out traffic lights, affecting trains and disrupting an airport during rush hour. Hundreds of thousands were left without electricity as a result of issues with two generators. It has since been resolved.

Large parts of the UK were hit by a power cut on Friday, knocking out traffic lights, affecting trains and disrupting an airport during rush hour. Hundreds of thousands were left without electricity as a result of issues with two generators. It has since been resolved.
