During a vigil for the victims of the Aug. 3 the day after, El Paso, Texas, mass shooting, presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke commented on the tragic event. The shooting in El Paso claimed the lives of 20 people. The day after, another mass shooting took place in Dayton, Ohio.
