Real estate board president endorses pre-listing home inspection service

In a video posted online, the president of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver appears to endorse a pre-listing home inspection service offered by home inspector David Asselin, who he says helps sellers complete purchases faster.
The video is part of a larger Global News investigation into complaints over Asselin’s conduct, which now subject of a complaint to Consumer Protection BC.
