Barr says litigation would jeopardize census

Attorney General William Barr said on Thursday that bringing the citizenship question back before the Supreme Court would jeopardize the government’s ability to carry out the census, adding that the Supreme Court’s decision “closed all paths to adding the question on the 2020 census.”
