Montreal restaurant owner fights back against urban trash

A Plateau Mont-Royal restaurant owner has taken matters in his own hands after finding excess piles of trash behind his business. The owner of India Rose restaurant says he was so fed up with people leaving their garbage by his dumpster that he decided to plant a garden to help keep the area clean.
