Quebec immigration minister trying to get it all done

After hours of debate, the CAQ’s proposed secularism bill has passed its second reading, but the minister responsible for Bill 21 didn’t stay on for the whole debate. That’s because Simon Jolin-Barrette is responsible for another bill that the government wants to pass this month. As Global’s Raquel Fletcher explains, the opposition is criticizing what they call the CAQ’s “juggling act.”
