Crown counsel requests no-contact order barring alleged Penticton shooter from contacting ex-wife

The retired city engineer accused of a deadly shooting spree in Penticton last month appeared in provincial court on Wednesday. John Brittain is facing three counts of first-degree murder and one count of second-degree murder. The crown is requesting a no contact-order with his ex-wife as she is expected to be a witness should the case proceed to trial. Shelby Thom has the latest.
