Anna Sorokin, a German woman who was known to her Manhattan friends as Anna Delvey and posed as a wealthy heiress to defraud New York hotels, fashionable friends and banks, was sentenced to four to 12 years in prison on Thursday. Todd Spodek, Sorokin’s attorney, said it was “a fair sentence.”
