Peterborough's Downtown Business Improvement Area began an urn program to encourage people to throw their cigarette butts in the garbage, instead of tossing them in the street. The result? At least 175,000 cigarette butts collected. DBIA executive director Terry Guiel stopped by Global News Morning Peterborough to talk about it.
