Army personnel stationed in Pierrefonds were quick to react on Tuesday when a dike broke and began flooding Legault Street near Gouin Boulevard. The reservists were able to respond quickly and plug the leak. As Global’s Phil Carpenter explains, the fire department set up the rapid reaction team in Pierrefonds on Monday night.
