Pierrefonds residents work together to stave off floodwaters

Several streets in Pierrefonds were closed Sunday as floodwaters began creeping up. As Global’s Billy Shields reports, volunteers came together to fill, deliver and stack sandbags in an effort to keep the water at bay.
