B.C. Supreme Court judge awards $2M in 2012 Sicamous flood damage lawsuit

A judge has ruled in favour of the plaintiffs in a lengthy court case stemming from a flood near Sicamous, B.C., in 2012. The plaintiffs claimed the flood and resulting damage was caused by improper repair work done by the defendants following a similar flood in July of 1997.
