Indian PM says country no longer ‘helpless in wake of terror’, allows military to ‘do what they want’

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said Friday that his government had given his country’s military full freedom to “do what they want” and as a result said India would no longer be “helpless in the wake of terror.”
