Gas station killer stays behind bars

Thu, Feb 28: The family of a 17-year-old murder victim is relieved that her killer will remain behind bars. Sebastien Simon killed Brigitte Serre in January 2006 and was sentenced to life in prison without possibility of parole for 25 years. As Global’s Dan Spector explains, Simon was seeking supervised day parole in order to spend time with his wife.
