Badge ceremony held for HRP’s newest K9 Unit members

Thu, Feb 28: Halifax Regional Police Chief Jean-Michel Blais held a badge presentation ceremony on Thursday at police headquarters to officially welcome two new members to the K9 Unit. Whitney Oickle reports.
