Montreal asks government to take more human approach on immigration

As hearings into Bill 9 continued at the National Assembly, officials for the City of Montreal – and people who work with immigrants in the city – called on Quebec’s immigration minister to take a more human approach towards newcomers to the province. Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports .
