Jussie Smollett turns himself in to Chicago police as he is charged with a felony count of filing a false police report. During a press conference, Chicago PD allege the actor staged not only the hate crime on himself, but has also sent threatening letters to himself in the past in order to gain a higher salary for his work on “Empire”.
