Renewed shelling targeted areas in Syria's Idlib region just days after a summit meeting hosted by Russia and attended by Iran and Turkey. Video clips posted on social media on Sunday showed a fire in a market in Maarat al Numan in the Idlib countryside and members of the White Helmets searching through the rubble of a destroyed house.
