Conservative Party Leader Andrew Scheer said Monday that the government’s story “keeps changing” on SNC-Lavalin and urged the government to allow people to testify before the justice committee. He said if the government blocks testimony to the committee, they will use at legal and law enforcement tools at their disposal.
