Every country ‘ought to recognize constitutional leader’ of Venezuela: Pompeo

In response to a question about Mexico and Uruguay’s call for diplomacy in response to the political turmoil in Venezuela, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said on Friday that the U.S. believes “every country ought to recognize” the constitution and political will of the Veneuzuelan people.
