There was no issue more contentious or polarizing during the last term of council than the sale of Peterborough Distribution Inc. to Hydro One.
Now that the new city council has been sworn in, one of its first requests was for an update from city staff on the state of sale and where it stands.
As Jesse Thomas reports, a number of councillors want to know if killing the deal altogether is still possible.
